Brain Trainer -- Portable Mind Exercise Tool

Braintrainerportable Link for this Post: Brain Trainer: Mind Exercise Tool

This portable brain training device is called Brain Trainer made in the UK by Spin Maker LTD.

The Brain Trainer was developed in Japan by neuroscientist Dr. Ryuta Kawashima the Brain Trainer is a-sized state-of-the-art module that enhances your memory and mind capacity with 4  metal workouts programs included.

The Brain Trainer tests speed, accuracy and memory and gives you feedback on your performance at 5 levels, your progress is stored so it can be monitored over up to a 12 month period. Better still, it’s a stand-alone unit and doesn’t need any software.

Using the Brain Trainer will increase your level of mental alertness, the Brain Trainer has a large, readable LCD screen and ergonomic button arrangement.. There’s no age barrier to using it.. While good for retraining an older brain, younger minds can use it too, to develop essential logic, memory and numerical skills.

Braintunecolosed Exercising with the Brain Trainer is like having a portable, personal mental gym. it consists of two operational modes, Basic and Advanced Training, specifically designed to enhance your mental agility and memory retention, stimulate the frontal cortex and ensure your brain is consistently performing at peak levels.

Basic Training: Like a workout in a gym, first you warm up before you tackle the serious stuff. A series of 100 relatively easy addition, subtraction and multiplication problems, the answers to which are never more than 20. For example, the screen might flash  5 x _ = 15, prompting you to key in the answer 3 to complete the problem.

The aim is to complete the series of 100 problems as fast as you can, and making as few mistakes as possible. Use it as many times as you want each day (the problems are randomly generated, so you'll rarely get the same sequence twice), and the Brain Trainer monitors your performance and time for each session, with your high score automatically updated and recorded.

Advanced Training: This consists of a counting test, focus test and memory test, in which you are challenged to add, subtract and multiply as fast as you can, count as fast as you can, to add a random series of numbers sequentially, and to memorize and recall as many numbers as possible from the 30-number sequence displayed on the screen.

As with any training program or device, the more time you spend on your Brain Trainer, the better and faster you'll get at performing the various tasks. And in the test data mode the unit plots your progress towards genius in graphic form, either over 30 days or a full year, to visual picture your levels of improvement.

Unlike software or programs that run a portable devices, this Brain Trainer is a stand-alone mind-gadget.
