A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about the popular Brain Bullet software. Several people have emailed me saying they like Subliminal Power.which I wrote about in April of last year better. Change the contrast - Keeping the contrast low ensures each message is totally unobtrusive. However you may like to increase the contrast if using a large monitor, or feel it will improve your work with Subliminal Power.

Add background music - You can even set Subliminal Power to automatically play certain music while running, psychologically linking those tracks to the feeling of success.
