Beat Procastination with Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a powerful tool for mind and habit change. As I study the various online hypnosis websites, Hypnosis Network increasingly  stands out to me as at least a cut above the others. Perhaps the most important difference is their use of trained psychologists rather than self-taught hypnotherapists found elsewhere.

Another outstanding feature of hypnotherapy programs are each done by a different expert in the particular field and are in depth. The titles cover most of the major practical uses that hypnosis has including alleviating a variety of pains and anxieties, stopping addictions, developing a more positive attitude and becoming more productive. Most of their expert created program are four full CDs in length. These are too long to offer as downloads like some other sites but more effective. I regularly use one of their programs . It is Productivity Engineering by highly regarded author Dr. Neil Fiore.  This program seems like it is custom taylored to help solve one of my most stubborn problems, procrastination. It is one of the most powerful hypnosis experiences I have had working with any habit.

Whenever I get stuck in a procastination rut, I pull it out and listen to it over the next few days (it is a four CDset designed to be listed to as a program). Revisiting the sessions helps me connect with the original experience I had with Dr. Fiore's potent words. After one or two sessions, I seem to jump back onto the productity track.
