TOOLS FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Intraspec.ca is a collection of articles, essays and excerpts on matters of personal development.

As applied here, "Personal Development" refers to any and all aspects of experience which contribute to an individual's sense of health and well-being, fostering improved understanding of self and creative expression, whether in private or in public. "Tools" refers to ideas, practices and techniques which may be applied to facilitate that development.

Selected subjects of study include astrology, blood-type diets, clinical syndromes, Enneagram, foodbanks, homelessness, influenza 2003-2004, job search, legal aid, medical marijuana, memes, personality types, nutrition, pharmaceuticals, poverty, and sex education. The site also features anecdotes, a blog, ringtones and graphics for cell phones, posters, RSS newsfeeds, and links of topical interest.
